Holli is a seasoned Paralegal with over 30 years of litigation experience. She was given the opportunity to work with Richard A. Harpootlian, P.A. 28 years ago after Dick Harpootlian left his position as Solicitor for the Fifth Judicial Circuit in January 1995, and she has enjoyed and appreciated her career and the professional growth it has offered her. She is the primary trial paralegal for all the firm’s criminal defense cases and has significant experience in the trial preparation of state and federal litigation. She has been instrumental in the outcome of multimillion-dollar settlements and in criminal defense verdicts. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the firm’s administrative office which handles human resources and firm finances.
She has attended many legal seminars and continuing legal education events throughout her many years at the firm and has had the opportunity to volunteer her time to several political organizations, campaigns and non-profits. After pursuing a degree in business, she changed course and began pursuing a degree in legal studies. She holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia (ABA approved) and continues to work towards a bachelor’s degree at Columbia College. Holli is a member of the SC Association for Justice, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and the American Bar Association.
